Fantastic $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

After a short availability earlier this year, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time that lasts through early December. Hailed as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are multiple package options offered in this deal.

The Main Attraction

The standout feature is certainly a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard cartography program which enables users to create everything from epic fantasy landscapes, detailed regional charts, urban layouts, and most notably, dungeon and tabletop battle maps.

Entry Level

The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Monster Token Pack 1, Castle Source Maps, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five aerial castle designs with 470 associated map tokens, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, and Symbol Set 6: Isometric Cities. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons including map packs and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you present urban areas in 3D perspective using angled views from all sides. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
